          Abstract

          Hemifacial spasm (HFS) is a common movement disorder presented with unilateral, intermittent, irregular tonic or clonic contraction of facial expression muscles without any identifiable etiology. Comparison of quality of life (QoL) between Dysport and Neuronox has not been studied in HFS patients.
