          Abstract

          Main text (Molecular Therapy: Nucleic Acids 24, 622–633; June 2021) This article has been retracted at the request of the authors. The authors believe the experimental design of the study in the published article was flawed. The middle cerebral artery occlusion/reperfusion (MCAO) mouse model should have been established first, followed by the lentivirus transfection, because transfection with oe-kdm6b and sh-sox9 alone and in combination affect the mouse brain injury.
