On page 2149, Figure 2, the authors would like to advise that: Notes: (A and B) Right – endobronchial valves (Zephyr®, Redwood City, CA, USA) have been placed in the left lower lobe. Left – intrabronchial valves in the left upper lobe (Spiration®, Olympus, Tokyo, Japan). Should have read: Notes: (A and B) Left – endobronchial valves (Zephyr®, Redwood City, CA, USA) have been placed in the left lower lobe. Right – intrabronchial valves in the left upper lobe (Spiration®, Olympus, Tokyo, Japan).
