Abstract
<p class="first" id="d3963361e224">Prisons are major reservoirs of hepatitis C virus
(HCV) in which a therapeutic approach
has been particularly difficult so far. Our aim was to create a permanent program
of HCV elimination in a prison based on a "test and treat" strategy.
