Abstract
Retroperitoneal pseudocysts are rare entities. Egg shell-like calcified retroperitoneal
pseudocyst is rarer. We report a 75-year-old woman with an egg shell-like calcified
retroperitoneal pseudocyst. Subsequently, the calcified pseudocyst was dissected and
excised completely through laparoscopy via a retroperitoneal approach.
