Abstract
P256 is a divalent antibody which aggregates human platelets by interaction with glycoprotein
(GP) IIb/IIIa receptors. We investigated the effect of tirofiban, an antagonist of
the GP IIb/IIIa receptor, on P256-mediated platelet aggregation.
