      Performance testing and status analysis of nuclear medicine imaging device in Qinghai Province

          Abstract

          Objective To analyze the quality control situation of nuclear medicine equipment in Qinghai Province by testing the performance of SPECT and PET/CT devices.

          Methods According to WS 523—2019, NEMA NU 2—2007 and GB 17589—2011 standard, the performanc indexes of four SPECTs and one PET/CT were measured in 2019 and 2020.

          Results For SPECTS, according to the qualified limits requirements of WS 523—2019 Standard, one device with intrinsic spatial linearity is unqualified. For PET/CT, the equipment performance test results in 2020 were better than those in 2019.

          Conclusion Regular calibration and maintenance are very important for the quality control of nuclear medicine equipment. Strengthening daily quality control can improve equipment performance and clinical application.

          摘要: 目的 通过对青海省核医学影像设备SPECT和PET/CT进行性能检测, 分析青海省核医学设备质量控制现 状; 方法 依据 WS523—2019、NEMA NU2—2007 和 GB 17589—2011 标准, 分别在 2019 年和 2020 年测量了 4 台 SPECT设备和 1 台PET/CT的性能指标; 结果 对于SPECT, 按照 WS523 标准对合格限值的要求, 2019 年有 1 台 SPECT的固有空间线性不合格, 对于PET/CT, 2020 年的设备性能检测结果优于 2019 的结果; 结论 定期的校正、保 养和维护对核医学设备的质量控制很重要, 加强日常质量控制, 可以提升设备性能, 为临床应用保驾护航。
