          Abstract

          Correction of “Helmberger M. S., J. R. Miesel, L. K. Tiemann, M. J. Grieshop. 2022. Soil Invertebrates Generate Microplastics From Polystyrene Foam Debris. J. Insect Sci.” DOI: 10.1093/jisesa/ieac005 The cricket used in this study was misidentified as Acheta domesticus L. when it was actually Gryllodes sigillatus Walker. The authors regret the error, which has now been corrected.
