      O processo de relação terapêutica entre aluno de enfermagem e paciente Translated title: The process of therapeutic relation between students of nursing and patients

          Abstract

          Trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratório-descritiva, que teve o objetivo de compreender de que maneira ocorre o processo de relação interpessoal entre aluno de enfermagem e paciente, tendo os mesmos sido previamente instrumentalizados com conteúdos de relação de ajuda, comunicação humana e terapêutica. A análise permitiu evidenciar que a relação interpessoal ocorreu em três estágios interdependentes, com características específicas em cada um, os quais foram denominados aproximação, efetivação e ação. Notamos na descrição do processo da interação que os alunos mostraram habilidade para desenvolver a relação de ajuda, mas é necessário instrumentalizá-los para tal processo, aprendendo a respeitar as diferenças individuais e de organização, reconhecendo formas de abordagem e tipo de ambiente em que ocorre essa interação. Apesar de todas as interferências, o aluno teve um papel ativo quando demostrou que é possível transpor o estágio inicial ao ponto de alcançar o objetivo primordial da Enfermagem.

          Translated abstract

          This is an exploratory-descriptive research with the aim to understand in what way happens the process of interpersonal relationship between nursing students and patients, having them trained before with contents of the relation of helping, human and therapeutic communication. The analysis showed that the interpersonal relationship happened in three independent stages with specific characteristics in each one, which were called approximation, realization and action. We noticed in the description of the interaction process that the students got ability to develop the relation of helping, but it is necessary to train them for such a process, learning how to respect the individual differences of the patients and the differences in organization, knowing approach forms and the type of environment in that happens that interaction. In spite of all interferences, the student had an active role showing that it is possible to transfer the initial apprenticeship to the level of the essential objective of Nursing.
