Pneumopericardium due to invasive pulmonary aspergillosis

Abstract
We describe a 59-year-old female patient with leukemia who developed pneumopericardium
as a complication of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis. Spiral computed tomography
(CT) was very helpful for the detection of such complications.
