Abstract
To demonstrate the benefit of enhanced quantitative analysis of optical coherence
tomography (OCT) images using computer-assisted grading to compare the short-term
morphologic effects of pegaptanib and bevacizumab treatment for neovascular age-related
macular degeneration (AMD).
