          Abstract

Several authors have reported cases of anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated crescentic glomerulonephritis (CGN) with definite immune complex (IC) deposits, however, the clinical and pathological significance of IC deposits in patients with ANCA-associated CGN remains unclear.
