Abstract

To study the release of macromolecules of different sizes (bovine serum albumin, immunoglobulin G) from degrading (addition of dextranase) dextran methacrylate (dex-MA) hydrogels and to correlate the release with the evolution of the rehologic properties of the hydrogels during degradation.
