          Abstract

          Translated abstract

This article focuses and analyzes critically the document "Plurinational Educative System: Curriculum Base", of the Ministry of Education, which is the most important document aimed to change the education in Bolivia. The document was issued by current Bolivian Government addressed as "Chance process". This article exposes how the original concepts of de-colonization and communitarian system have been altered acquiring only a simplistic, lyric and symbolic tone related to the indigenous issues. The author points out that these two concepts were meant as part of a model of society very different to liberal capitalism and state socialism. The text then compares these two different educative models, both developed within the government of president Evo Morales.
