Abstract

Este trabajo introduce sucintamente algunos hechos que contribuyeron a definir los contornos europeos de la crisis. El objetivo de este trabajo es doble. Por un lado ofrecer una lectura del Tratado de Lisboa como posible mecanismo para superar la crisis financiera y económica, y por otro presentar las principales medidas estratégicas programadas por las instituciones de la Unión (fundamentalmente desde la Comisión) para, a través del derecho, retornar a la senda del crecimiento económico europeo.

Cet article présente brièvement quelques faits qui ont contribué à définir les contours de la crise européenne. Le but de cet article est double. D'une part offrir une lecture du Traité de Lisbonne comme un mécanisme possible de surmonter la crise financière et économique et d'autre part de présenter les principales actions stratégiques prévues par les Institutions de l'UE (notamment de la Commission) pour, à travers du Droit, retourner à la sente de la croissance économique européenne.

This paper introduces -briefly- some facts which contributed to the "European version of the Crisis". Its aim is twofold. On the one hand to offer an interpretation of The Lisbon Treaty as a mechanism likely to help in overcoming the financial and economic crisis; and on the other hand to present the main strategic measures as programmed by the EU Institutions (mainly the Commission) to, take back the path of Law based European Economic Growth.
