Abstract
This is the proceedings of the Computer Vision for Agriculture (CV4A) Workshop that was held in conjunction with the International Conference on Learning Representations (ICLR) 2020. The workshop was scheduled to be held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on April 26th, 2020, but was held at that same day virtually, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
