          Abstract

          The best gastrointestinal reconstruction route after pylorus preserving pancreaticoduodenectomy remains debatable. We aimed to evaluate the incidence of delayed gastric emptying (DGE) after antecolic (AC) and retrocolic (RC) duodenojejunostomy in these patients.
