Abstract

El trabajo pretende realizar un esbozo de los Mundos Semióticos Posibles de la Asociación Barrial Tupac Amaru, en los actores externos, lo que permitirá establecer un contexto de significación e interpretaciones de la organización, para que luego se contraste y complemente con la presencia de algunas formas de la universidad de la calle presentes en la organización elegida, y avanzar en el desarrollo de este escenario. Se realizaron entrevistas a personas que no forman parte directa de la organización (actores externos), varones y mujeres, de 18 años en adelante. Las respuestas fueron analizadas desde la semiótica simbólica, aplicando las operaciones semióticas: la normalización, la segmentación, la formación de definiciones contextuales, el desarrollo de ejes y la conformación de redes contrastantes. Se considera que a través de los discursos sociales una determinada comunidad se representa e interpreta los fenómenos de su entorno. Se entiende por discurso todo acontecimiento que construye aquello de lo que habla: es un conjunto (limitado) de enunciados que depende de la misma formación discursiva, que aparecen bajo un conjunto de condiciones de existencia (Foucault, 1970). Lo que se pretende con esta investigación es obtener información a cerca de cómo es percibida la organización en la gente a nivel general. Esta primera instancia es la presentada en este trabajo. Los resultados obtenidos servirán para luego indagar dentro de la organización, sobre sus objetivos, sobre lo que piensan sus integrantes. El contraste entre los Mundos Semióticos Posibles externos e internos permitirá obtener datos interesantes a la investigación sobre cómo la sociedad jujeña interpreta a la organización trabajada, y cómo ésta se interpreta a sí misma. La investigación desarrollada en la organización hasta ahora, ha permitido identificar aspectos de enseñanza - aprendizaje internos, como la existencia de una carrera en las Cooperativas de Construcción (en donde el aprendizaje se realiza principalmente a través de la imitación - Conte y Paolucci, 2001), y la transmisión de valores vinculados a la educación, la reinserción social y el trabajo.

This paper is aimed at providing an outline of the possible semiotic worlds of the external actors of the Tupac Amaru Neighborhood Association, so as to obtain a signification and interpretation context for the organization. This context shall be then contrasted to and complemented by the existence of certain ‘street university' moods detected in the chosen organization, thus moving forward in the analysis of this scenario. Interviews were conducted to a group of over 18-year-old men and women who are not direct members of the organization -so called external actors. The answers were analyzed following a symbolic semiotics approach and applying the following semiotic operations: normalization, segmentation, development of contextual definitions and axis and the conformation of contrastive networks. A given community is said to be represented by and to interpret the environmental phenomena through its social discourse. Discourse is defined as each event that constructs the topic it talks about: it is a (limited) array of statements which depend on the same discursive formation, and exist under a set of existence conditions (Foucault, 1970). This study is aimed at obtaining information on how the organization is perceived by the people in general and this paper introduces the first stage in the research. The results obtained will then make possible to go on investigating the organization's objectives and its members' opinions. The contrast between the Possible Semiotic Worlds, both external and internal, will allow us obtaining relevant data about how Jujuy's society interprets the organization under analysis, and also about how the organization interprets itself. The research carried out inside the organization so far has allowed identifying teaching-learning issues, such as the existence of careers supported by Construction Cooperatives (in which knowledge is mainly achieved through imitation - Conte y Paolucci, 2001), and the transmission of values related to education, social rehabilitation and work.
