Abstract
To investigate the efficacy of induction chemotherapy (ICT) followed by concurrent chemotherapy and helical tomotherapy (HT) in the patients with T4b squamous cell carcinoma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinus (SCCNP) for orbital organ preservation and high quality of life.
