Abstract

El análisis del discurso es un campo heterogéneo de investigaciones en el que convergen diferentes posiciones teóricas. El psicoanálisis es un campo de saberes que ha participado de su nacimiento, en particular, en la perspectiva discursiva de Michel Pêcheux. El propósito de este artículo es el de revisar los planteos de Jacques Lacan en torno al discurso con el objetivo último de reflexionar sobre este término y sus implicancias teóricas para el análisis del discurso. En este sentido, nos interesa adoptar los elementos de la enseñanza de Lacan que nos permiten repensar y redimensionar la complejidad que el término discurso entraña. Para tal fin, abordaremos el Seminario XVII del psicoanalista, seminario que comienza a dictar en 1969, y en el que formaliza su teoría sobre esta noción; aunque nos remitiremos, también, a otros momentos de su enseñanza.

Discourse Analysis is a heterogeneous field of research in which different theoretical positions meet. Psychoanalysis is a field of knowledge that has participated since its origin, in particular, in the discursive perspective of Michel Pêcheux. The purpose of this article is to review the proposals of Jacques Lacan about the discourse with the ultimate objective to consider this term and its theoretical implications to Discourse Analysis. In this sense, we intend to adopt those elements of Lacan's teaching that allow us to rethink and resize the complexity that the term discourse implies. To this end, we shall present the Seminar XVII of the psychoanalyst, which begins to dictate in 1969 and in which he formalizes his theory of this notion, although we shall also refer to other moments of his teaching.
