Abstract

En el presente artículo se estudia y evoca la figura personal, académica y universitaria, en su triple dimensión, investigadora, pedagógica y docente, del Profesor Jesús Lalinde Abadía, Catedrático de Historia del Derecho y de las Instituciones de las Universidades de La Laguna, San Sebastián, Zaragoza y Barcelona. El Profesor Lalinde Abadía se trata de un autor que cuenta con una amplia y reconocida producción científica, siendo varias sus líneas de investigación: la historia institucional, la historiografía jurídica, los aspectos conceptuales y metodológicos de la ciencia histórica-jurídica, el Derecho Penal, Privado y Procesal en su aspecto histórico, las fuentes del Derecho español y la manualística. Por todo ello, Lalinde Abadía es uno de nuestros más ilustres representantes en la historiografía jurídica española, europea y universal.

In this article we study and evoke the personal, academic and university figure of Prof. Jesus Lalinde Abadía, in his triple dimension of researcher, pedagogical and teaching. As a Chairman of History of Spanish Law and Institutions at the Universities of La Laguna, San Sebastian, Zaragoza and Barcelona, Prof. Lalinde Abadía is an author with a wide and acknowledged scientific production with different lines of research: History of Institutions, Legal Historiography, concept and methodological aspects of Legal History, Criminal, Private and the Law of the Procedure under their historic points of view, the sources of Spanish Law and textbooks. For all these research and publications, Prof. Lalinde Abadía is one of the most distinguished representatives of the Spanish, European and Universal Legal Historiography.
