Abstract
Obstructive sleep apnoea-hypopnoea syndrome (OSAHS) is associated with increased cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. Our study examined arterial stiffness and endothelial function in subjects with OSAHS with no known cardiovascular disease compared to well-matched controls.
