Abstract

El dominio de los paradigmas de investigación para el personal de Salud es vital para obtener resultados científicos, por tanto, es necesario facilitarles los métodos y técnicas de investigación social para recoger, procesar, analizar, compartir la información de los contextos en estudio. Le damos tratamiento al problema científico: ¿Cómo perfeccionar el dominio del paradigma cualitativo en los trabajadores de la Salud ? Objetivo general: Aplicar las fases y etapas del paradigma Cualitativo al método de investigación: El Proceso de Atención de Enfermería. Se reflejan conceptos como ciencia, metodología, investigación, metodología investigación científica, metodología de la investigación social y de varios tipos de conocimientos, términos propios de la investigación. La investigación se desarrolla con dos grupos de la Licenciatura en Enfermería para el curso de trabajadores, donde se obtienen resultados significativos en los trabajos de los estudiantes en la recogida y análisis de datos cualitativos.

Mastering the paradigms of the investigation is vital for the health care staff to obtain scientific results, though, it is necessary to facilitate them the methods and techniques of the social investigation to collect, process, analyze, and share the information in the studied contexts. We treat with the scientific problem: ¿How to improve the mastering of the qualitative paradigms in health care workers? General objective: To apply the phases and stages of the qualitative paradigm to the investigative method: The process of the nursing care. We deal with concepts like science, methodology, investigation, methodology of the scientific investigation, methodology of the social investigation and of several kind of knowledge, all of them terms proper of the investigation. The investigation was developed with two groups of Licentiate in Nursing for workers, obtaining significant results in the student's work gathering and analyzing qualitative data.
