          Abstract

          As the “greatest imitator” of Treponema pallidum, its clinical manifestations are diverse, and the simple diagnosis of clinical symptoms and signs is likely to lead to missing diagnosis or misdiagnosis. As a result, syphilis often requires laboratory confirmation. However, there continue to be many problems in laboratory diagnosis of syphilis. To this end, the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) STD prevention branch joint American Dr Allan and dozens of STD field top professors and the public health laboratory personnel, laboratory diagnostic test for syphilis faces serious problems to discuss the solution, and on the published articles in the Sexually Transmitted Diseases in September 2018. This article is intended to be a reference for Chinese clinical medical personnel in the laboratory diagnosis of syphilis.

          Abstract

          摘要 :梅毒螺旋体作为“最伟大的模仿者”,其临床表现多样,单纯依靠临床症状和体征诊断易造成漏诊或误诊。因此,梅毒往往需要通过实验室确诊。然而目前梅毒实验室诊断仍存在许多问题。为此,美国疾控中心(CDC)性病预防科Allan博士联合美国数十位性病专业领域顶尖教授及公共卫生实验室人员,针对梅毒实验室诊断试验所面临的严峻问题商讨解决对策,并于2018年9月在 Sexually Transmitted Diseases上发表相关文章。本文对该文章进行翻译并深人解读,旨在为我国临床医务人员在梅毒的实验室诊断方面起到借鉴作用。
