Abstract

RESUMEN En el trabajo se exponen las necesidades y oportunidades que se fortalecen en el vínculo universidad - empresa mediante las consultorías de científico técnicas para el desarrollo de las empresas. En particular se enfatiza que esta actividad refuerza el intangible para el desarrollo de un entorno de empresas de la industria química y fermentativa las actividades de consultoría desde las universidades con apoyo del postgrado como la misión de solucionar problemas inmediato y de desarrollo prospectivo con la participación de los especialistas de las propias empresas. Se muestra un diagrama heurístico con la interrelación entre el desarrollo de las consultorías, el análisis y la resolución de problemas en la industria, el desarrollo de disciplinas (la investigación y postgrado), el entorno y el incremento de la capacidad de producción. Finalmente se elaboran conclusiones y recomendaciones resaltando que estas consultorías son necesarias, posibles y constituyen un intangible para el desarrollo local.

ASBTRACT The work exposes the needs and opportunities that are strengthened in the university - business link through technical consultancies for the development of companies. In particular, it is emphasized that this activity reinforces the intangible for the development of an environment of companies in the chemical and fermentative industry, the consulting activities from universities with postgraduate support as the mission to solve immediate problems and prospective development with the participation of the specialists of the companies themselves. A heuristic diagram is shown with the interrelation between the development of consultancies, the analysis and resolution of problems in the industry, the development of disciplines (research and postgraduate), the environment and the increase of production capacity. Finally conclusions and recommendations are drawn up highlighting that these consultancies are necessary, possible and constitute an intangible for local development.
