          Abstract

          Red cell (RBC) depletion is needed to bypass ABO mismatch in allogeneic bone marrow transplantation (BMT). Technical and clinical data obtained after bone marrow (BM) processing with a continuous-flow cell separator (Cobe Spectra, Gambro BCT) are reported.
