Abstract
Biologics are used routinely in pregnant women with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD),
but large-scale data reporting adverse pregnancy outcomes among biologic users are
lacking. We sought to estimate the prevalence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in women
with IBD on biologic therapies.
