      Sequentielle hochdosierte Cytarabin-Therapie in Kombination mit Asparaginase bei der akuten myeloischen Leukämie

          Abstract

          Im Zeitraum von 1984–1987 wurden insgesamt 14 Patienten mit akuter myeloischer Leukose mit einer sequentiellen hochdosierten Cytarabin-Therapie in Kombination mit Asparaginase behandelt. 12 Patienten litten an einer refraktären Leukämie, die Remissionsrate in dieser Patientengruppe betrug 58%. Bei Patienten mit partiellem Ansprechen auf die vorangegangene konventionelle Chemotherapie, entsprechend einem Blastenanteil im Knochenmark unter 25%, war die Wirksamkeit erheblich besser. Die Remissionsrate in dieser Untergruppe betrug 75% bzw. 86% unter ausschließlicher Berücksichtigung der abgeschlossenen Behandlungen. Neben den bekannten Nebenwirkungen wie Alopezie, Übelkeit, Erbrechen und Hepatotoxizität beobachteten wir vor allem Infektionen unterschiedlicher Lokalisation. 3 Patienten verstarben an pulmonalen Mykosen.
