          Abstract

          Primary pigmented adrenocortical dysplasia (PPNAD) represents a rare disorder of the adrenal glands and frequently occurs in patients with the so-called Carney complex. Carney complex is an autosomal dominant neoplasia syndrome including skin and mucosal lentigines, myxomas, and PPNAD.
