            ROGER CLARKE is an eBusiness consultant, and Principal of Xamax Consultancy Pty Ltd, Canberra, Australia. He is also a Visiting Professor at the University of New South Wales, the University of Hong Kong, and the Australian National University.

            MARGARET JACKSON is a Professor of Computer Law at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University, Victoria, Australia, and is a Professorial Fellow with the Smart Internet Co‐operative Research Centre.

            JULIAN LIGERTWOOD is a Research Fellow in the Smart Internet Co‐operative Research Centre at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University, Victoria, Australia.

            KATINA MICHAEL is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Information Technology and Computer Science at the University of Wollongong, Australia. She has previously worked as a Senior Network and Business Planner for Nortel Networks.

            M. G. MICHAEL is a theologian and historian with cross‐disciplinary qualifications in the humanities. He is presently an Honorary Fellow in the School of Information Technology and Computer Science, at the University of Wollongong, Australia.

            LUCY RESNYANSKY is a Research Scientist at the Defence Science and Technology Organisation, Edinburgh, South Australia, Australia.

            MARK RIX is a Senior Lecturer in the Graduate School of Business at the University of Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia.

            JAMES STELLIOS is a Senior Lecturer at the Australian National University College of Law. His current research focuses on federalism and constitutional rights. Previously he has served as a public law litigation practitioner with the federal government in Australia.

            HOLLY TOOTELL is a Lecturer at the School of Information Technology and Computer Science, University of Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia.

            MARCUS WIGAN is Principal of Oxford Systematics, Professorial Fellow at the University of Melbourne, Professor of both Transport and of Information Systems at Napier University Edinburgh and Visiting Professor at Imperial College London.
