            Abstract

            هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرّف أثر برنامج تدريبي للأطفال المعاقين سمعياً من زارعي القوقعة الإلكترونيةفي تنمية اللغة الاستقبالية والتعبيرية. وتكونت العينة من ) 30 ( طفلاً ممن أجري لهم عملية زراعةالقوقعة في مدينة الحسين الطبية في الأردن ووقع اختيارهم قصدياً، وقسموا إلى مجموعتين؛ تجريبية7( سنوات وقدم - وضابطة بالتساوي. وروعي الجنس في المجموعتين، وبلغت أعمارهم ما بين ) 5لهم برنامج تدريبي لمدة ) 3( أشهر، وأشارت النتائج إلى تحسن اللغة الاستقبالية والتعبيرية للأطفالالمعاقين سمعياً إذ ازدادت حصيلة المفردات اللغوية ونمت قدرتهم على استقبال الكلمات والجملالمنطوقة وفهمها، وتحسنت حاسة السمع بشكل ملحوظ، وأصبحت اللغة المنطوقة هي وسيلة تواصلهممع الآخرين، وخلصت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق تعزى لمتغيّر الجنس، ويوصي الباحث الجهاتذات العلاقة بالموضوع المبحوث بعقد ورشات عمل تدريبية للآباء والمعلمين حول كيفية تدريبهم لتنميةالمهارات اللغوية للمعاقين سمعياً.

            This study aims at identifying the effect of a training program on the development of the receptive and expressive language among a sample of hearing-impaired children with cochlear implants. A purposely selected, sample of 30-children, between ages (5–7) from both sexes who had cochlear implant surgery at Al Hussein Medical Center in Jordan, was equally assigned to experimental and control groups for 3-month training program. Results revealed improvement in both expressive and receptive language skills among hearing-impaired children; they acquired more vocabulary and their reception and apprehension of words and sentences perceivably improved. In addition, their hearing ability improved and the spoken language has become the channel of communication with others and no differences were found attributed to gender. The author recommends training workshops for parents and teachers on developing the language skills of hearing-impaired children.
