          Abstract

Whilst there have been many industry best practices focusing on improving accessibility and usability, there is little literature on comparing content quality to aid practitioners in deciding authoring approaches. This study forms part of a larger body of PhD research provide a framework to aid practitioner user-centred design technique selection.
