            Abstract

Since Pakistan is adapting to the technological advancements in the procedure, and shifting to TAVI, more studies are required to evaluate the safe and efficacy of the procedure. The data on the topic is scarce, and our study will aim to fill in the literature gap.

Furthermore, by looking at the burden of cardiac diseases, a policy implementation could be put in place to guide prevention and treatment in the country. We aim to evaluate the efficacy of TAVI procedure and decide whether its a sustainable, cost effective enough of an option when compared to standard open heart surgery in the setting of low and middle income country
