      Lean Six Sigma Barrier Identification in Automobile Part Manufacturing Industry

            Abstract

            The purpose of this report is to separate the many types of challenges that a car part manufacturing company faces while attempting to implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies. After an extensive writing assessment that included a poll summary, the Lean Six Sigma Barrier (LSSB) is chosen. The purpose of this article is to identify the many types of challenges that a car part manufacturing company faces while attempting to implement Lean Six Sigma processes.

            Lean Six Sigma Barrier (LSSB) was chosen after a literature evaluation that included a questionnaire survey. With the use of online emails, the manager's thoughts were gathered for the questionnaire survey. The data will be analyzed using statistical tools like Regression Analysis.
