      Impact of Remote Working due to Revolution in Information and Technology

            Abstract

            Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic crisis, now employees need to be able to work from home in today's society. The pandemic's severity prohibited workers from operating on-site. As a result, individuals began using numerous remote digital tools for work. To work from home, the employees must maintain integrity and honesty. This study has been useful in highlighting various safety-related issues such as AI and the damaged robotic system, Errored data, Mental strain and COVID-19. At the same time, it has also been highlighted that the introduction of Quality 4.0 enabled the companies to enable automation in the process. Many organisations have increased their speed of productivity by 25-30% due to smart technology. Globalisation has influenced companies to improve their practices si that they can make Easy availability of products, participate in green practices and environment, invest more in creativity, R&D and capital and improve working conditions. With the help of remote working through IT, companies have enabled several advantages such as Data synchronisation, Remote AI and robotics control, Employee performance monitoring and cost-saving. Meanwhile, this topic has also discussed specific issues such as sexual harassment and workplace discrimination.
