            Abstract

            Safety is a vital trait that must be ensued in all activities of human life. However, life without electricity will be unimaginable, Similarly, electricity constitutes a larger part of workplace hazard such as electrocution, electric shock, explosions or fire causing burns. So, Electrical Safety requires adequate attention while planning, designing, installing, operating and maintaining electrical equipment and installations in any workplace. This paper examines various types of hazard related to electrical services in any workplace and necessary safety measures were suggested as stated in all the standard regulatory bodies to reduce future occurrence and also to boost energy efficiency.
