            Abstract

            A patient with tracheal stenosis with Tracheostomy Tube insitu presents with tracheal stenosis. On examination a part of the tube is missing. A new tracheostomy tube was inserted and he was immediately taken up for retrival of the migrated endobroncheal foreign body. Here we discuss the anaesthesia management for the same.
