I'm a mathematician at the Dept. of Intelligent Systems Engineering at Indiana University. I develop 3D computational software to investigate and engineer complex, intelligent systems in biology and medicine. This includes biotransport codes, physics-based agent models, and MultiCellDS: a standard for sharing multicellular data. All this is open source at MathCancer.org.
