Journal Introduction

 

Chinese Journal of Schistosomiasis Control is a leading scientific journal for advancing the research and practice in the field of schistosomiasis and its control in China. It is a professional journal to report on the developments and the latest trends related to schistosomiasis in China. In the past 3 decades, the journal that closely following the continuously developing situation of schistosomiasis control in China, has played an important role in the propaganda of new control guideline and strategy in different stages and the popularization and application of scientific and technological achievements. It has made significant contribution to schistosomiasis control in China and has been a pioneer in the field of preventive medicine research publication. With the improvement of academic level and editorial quality, the journal has been indexed by several important databases both domestic and abroad, including Medline/PubMed, Scopus, Embase, Ebsco, ZR, and has received several honors from Ministry of Health of China, Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, and so on.

 

Aim and Scope

Chinese Journal of Schistosomiasis Control is a peer-reviewed journal in Chinese that publishes original research papers and state of art reviews of broad interest on control strategy with the novel achievements, new techniques and new experiences used in the national program for schistosomiasis control. Submitted manuscripts can report any aspect of laboratory, epidemiologic, environmental, social or animal research on schistosomiasis and other relevant parasitic diseases. The journal publishes interdisciplinary papers using the whole range of methods available, modeling, molecular biology, epidemiology, ecology or evolutionary theory.
