      • The loads on the vehicle are dynamics. Hence, fatigue plays a significant role in the failure. In this work, FE models were compared with the experimental results.
      • For spot weldment, the nugget size (i.e. nugget diameter and penetration) changes significantly in the fracture types.
      • The failure depends also on the amount of dynamic loads. In addition, the time of the dynamics load and the stress ratio (R-Ratio) can be considered in this issue.
