Abstract

El presente trabajo analiza las maneras cómo nociones propias de la física clásica y de la física actual se presentan en la literatura modernista en general, y en la novela de Juan Rulfo, Pedro Páramo, en particular. Teniendo en cuenta las representaciones de la realidad propuestas por la física a partir del siglo veinte, basadas en los conceptos de "campo", subjetividad, y desorden, se ensayan posibles lecturas de la novela y se analiza el papel del lector frente a la misma.

Translated abstract

This article analyzes the ways in which notions from classical and modern physics are present in modern literature in general, and in Juan Rulfo's novel, Pedro Páramo, in particular. The article analyzes the role of the reader in the creation of the work, and proposes readings of the novel taking into account representations of reality based on concepts such as field, subjectivity, and disorder, advanced by twentieth-century physics.
