Abstract

En los últimos años distintos realizadores audiovisuales han decido abordar la temática indígena fueguina, usando un lenguaje audiovisual evocativo y subjetivo, que rompe con las convenciones del documental expositivo que por mucho años perduró en la representación indígena audiovisual. La presente investigación busca conocer y comprender las formas estructurales en que estos nuevos artefactos audiovisuales representan al indígena fueguino a través de un análisis fílmico en tres niveles: Plano general, Plano Medio y Primer Plano.

In the past years different audiovisual producer have decided to touch upon the indigenous fueguian theme, using an audiovisual language that is evocative and subjective, that departs from conventional expository documentary that lasted for many years in indigenous audiovisual representation. The following investigation seeks to know and understand the structural forms in wich this new audiovisual artifacts represent the fueguian indigenous via a cinematic analises at three levels: Long-shot, Medium-shot and Close Up.
