          Abstract

          El presente artículo indaga en torno a los hábitos deportivos de la población para posteriormente establecer cuáles son los conceptos básicos que debe manejar el practicante de actividad deportiva para realizar una Educación Física saludable. Para ellos hemos utilizado una metodología de selección de expertos, o método criterio experto, mediante una entrevista grabada a un grupo de ellos para profundizar en las cuestiones que, a criterio de estos expertos, son fundamentales para lograr una Educación Física saludable. Dicha grabación se transcribió y analizó a través del programa NUDIST Nvivo. Del análisis hemos agrupado aquellas respuestas comunes en tornos a diferentes categorías, dándonos como resultado un total de 9 consideraciones en torno a conocimientos básicos que debieran transmitirse a los alumnos de Educación Física para una adecuada autogestión de la práctica.

          Translated abstract

          This article inquires about people's sport habits, and the basic concepts that the sports practitioner must know in order to develop a healthy physical education. We used the expert judgment methodology to set a recorded interview through which we could discover the fundamental aspects for them. The recording was transcribed and analyzed using NUDIST Nvivo program. From the analysis we have grouped common responses around different categories, giving us as a result a total of 9 elemental aspects regarding basic knowledge that should be transmitted to students in physical education for appropriate self-management practice.

          Depois de estabelecer quais são as dicas básicas que auxiliam o praticante do esporte no gerenciamento da educação física saudável, interroga-se sobre o que são hábitos desportivos para a população. Para tanto, foi utilizada a metodologia de seleção de especialistas ou método critérios perito. Com um grupo de participantes em torno do qual se investigou as questões por meio de gravações que, depois de transcritas, foram analisada por meio do NUDIST programa Nvivo. Da análise feita e das respostas comuns, agrupadas em torno de categorias diferentes, resultaram-se um total de nove considerações sobre conhecimentos básicos que devem ser transmitidos aos estudantes de educação física para a prática de autogestão adequada.

          The Discovery of Grounded Theory

          <p>Most writing on sociological method has been concerned with how accurate facts can be obtained and how theory can thereby be more rigorously tested. In The Discovery of Grounded Theory, Barney Glaser and Anselm Strauss address the equally Important enterprise of how the discovery of theory from data--systematically obtained and analyzed in social research--can be furthered. The discovery of theory from data--grounded theory--is a major task confronting sociology, for such a theory fits empirical situations, and is understandable to sociologists and laymen alike. Most important, it provides relevant predictions, explanations, interpretations, and applications.</p><p>In Part I of the book, Generation Theory by Comparative Analysis, the authors present a strategy whereby sociologists can facilitate the discovery of grounded theory, both substantive and formal. This strategy involves the systematic choice and study of several comparison groups. In Part II, The Flexible Use of Data, the generation of theory from qualitative, especially documentary, and quantitative data Is considered. In Part III, Implications of Grounded Theory, Glaser and Strauss examine the credibility of grounded theory.</p><p>The Discovery of Grounded Theory is directed toward improving social scientists' capacity for generating theory that will be relevant to their research. While aimed primarily at sociologists, it will be useful to anyone Interested In studying social phenomena--political, educational, economic, industrial-- especially If their studies are based on qualitative data.</p></p>
