          Abstract

          Die akute Cholezystitis bedarf der raschen klinischen Sicherung. Nach kurzer Optimierung des Patienten ist die möglichst frühe Cholezystektomie anzustreben. Diese kann bei entsprechender Erfahrung grundsätzlich laparoskopisch versucht werden. Eigene diesbezügliche Ergebnisse zeigen gerade bei diesen Patienten aufgrund der schonenderen Vorgehensweise eine kürzere Krankheits- und Krankenhausverweildauer sowie eine geringere Komplikations- und Letalitätsrate.
