          Abstract

          Esta investigación explora las prácticas pedagógicas en la universidad y el papel que los participantes otorgan a las diferentes labores académicas en el aula de clase, centrado en las actitudes de los docentes frente al qué, el cómo y el para qué del conocimiento académico. La investigación promovió la construcción y lectura del proceso de subjetivación de la práctica docente, para un análisis del significado social de la educación y de las distintas dimensiones del proceso de enseñanza y de aprendizaje. Los docentes deben fomentar unas interacciones de aula que les permitan demostrar el cumplimiento de su función social y su papel administrativo; para ello disponen de múltiples herramientas pedagógicas y tecnologías de control y de supervivencia, que responden al lenguaje aceptable, según los conceptos implícitos y explícitos de la educación.

          Translated abstract

          This study explores teaching practices at the university and the role the participants afford to the different academic tasks in the classroom. The focus is on the attitudes of teachers with respect to the what, how and why of academic learning. The study encouraged construction and interpretation of the subjectivation process in teaching practice, the idea being to analyze the social significance of education and the different dimensions of the teaching-learning process. Teachers should encourage interaction in the classroom that allows them to demonstrate compliance with their social function and administrative role. To do so, they have a wide variety of teaching tools and control and survival technology at their disposal that respond to acceptable language, pursuant to the implicit and explicit concepts of education.

          Esta pesquisa explora as praticas pedagógicas na universidade e o papel que os participantes dão aos diversos trabalhos acadêmicos na aula, enfocado nas atitudes dos docentes frente ao que, o como e o para que do conhecimento acadêmico. A pesquisa promoveu a construção e leitura do processo de subjetivação da prática docente em procura de analisar o significado social da educação e das diversas dimensões do processo de ensino e aprendizagem. Os docentes devem promover interações na aula, que lhes permitam mostrar o cumprimento da sua função social e o seu papel administrativo. Eles dispõem de vários instrumentos pedagógicos e de tecnologias de controle e supervivência que respondem à linguagem aceitável de acordo com os conceitos implícitos e explícitos da educação.
