Abstract

Este estudio se propuso como objetivo ubicar los discursos que utilizan los usuarios de Transmilenio para contribuir a la construcción de la identidad del conductor del mismo, partiendo de la consideración de que tales discursos dan cuenta de las identidades laborales construidas a partir de la práctica del conductor. Se trabajó a partir de textos escritos y relatos orales (entrevistas telefónicas) de usuarios del sistema Transmilenio, que utilizaron el Call Center de la organización en el lapso de una semana, para informar sobre el desempeño de los conductores. Se utilizó la técnica de análisis de discurso para identificar los discursos de los usuarios, y a partir de esta identificación se procedió a analizar las implicaciones políticas que tienen en la construcción de una parte de la identidad de los conductores.

Translated abstract

This study seated out as objective to locate the discourses that the users of Transmilenio use to contribute to the construction of the identity of the system´s driver, considering that such discourses give account of the work identities constructed from the practice of the driver. The work was made with written texts and oral stories (telephone interviews) of users of the Transmilenio system, which used the Call Center of the organization in the lapse of one week, in order to inform about the drivers´ performance. The technique of Discourse Analysis was used to identify the discourses of the users, which were then used to analyze the political implications that they have in the construction of a part of the identity of the drivers.
