In, out &amp; shake it all about: Ingesting and disseminating OA books through OAPEN and DOAB

The OAPEN Library and the Directory of Open Access Books are infrastructures to disseminate OA books as efficient as possible. What services do they offer to publishers, and how are the books disseminated? The many different roads from publisher to reader are described, and the important role metadata conversion plays in this process.
