Our peer-reviewed scholarly journals and books have an ever-increasing readership across the globe.
AHRO Scientific Publishing Ltd currently publishes more than 13 journals in both electronic and printed formats. Our journals cover various disciplines in sciences such as medical science, engineering, mathematics, etc. The journals are indexed in recognized a number of indexing agencies.
AHRO Scientific Publishing follows the double blind peer-review procedure for submissions of all manuscripts to its journals except special issues presented during events such as conferences where single blind peer-review is followed.
All submitted articles/eBook chapters are subjected to a rigorous peer review in consultation with members of the journal’s editorial board and independent external referees (usually five reviewers). All manuscripts/chapters are assessed rapidly and the decision based on all the peer reviewers’ comments, taken by the journal’s Editor-in-Chief/eBook Editor, is then conveyed to the author(s).
In order to honour the essential role reviewers’ play in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of research, AHRO Scientific Publishing Ltd has partnered with Publon. Chief Executive Officer | Professor Abubakar Yaro: Is the CEO and Founder of Africa Health Research Organization. He is a faculty of AHRO Academy. He is one of the global leading virologist and Infectious Diseases Scientist. He is also an author of more than eight books. He is also regarded as one of the most prolific writers in Science.
Chief Administrative Officer | Professor Catherine Johnson: After gaining a PhD in Clinical Research, Professor Johnson had a successful career as a Clinical Researcher at Africa Health Research Organization. She has many years experience of editing the organization’s evidence-based research publications and she also served as Chief Editor at MUHAF publication for almost 10 years.
Social Media & Marketing Manager | Alexander Hiett: Hiett is a graduate of Middlesex University, with a passion for reading and editing, and writing too.
Assistant Managing Director | Karen Michael: Karen has a degree in English Literature. She enjoys writing and editing. Karen is also the Submissions Manager.
Operations Manager | Professor Anne N Phiri: After an active career as a lecturer, Professor Phiri formed the Dovecoat Nursing College where they are helping train the next generation of nurses, Aside her role as Operation Manager, Professor Phiri is the Editor In Chief of AHRO International Journal of Nursing.
Graphic Designer | Anas Kabiru: Anas has a BSc (hons) degree in Computer Sciences from the Bayero University and runs his own communication company AK Global Technologies.
