Abstract
Cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) is indicated in patients with heart failure
and bundle branch block. It is less clear whether this includes patients with pre-existing
right ventricular pacemaker/defibrillator systems, particularly with respect to implantation
success and clinical benefit.
