          Abstract

An interesting electrocardiographic entity, ventriculophasic sinus arrhythmia in the presence of artificial pacemaker induced ventricular rhythm, will be described and examined. Only 7 examples could be ascertained in a series of 153 patients. There did not seem to be any relation to digitalis therapy, underlying heart disease, or type or duration of pacemaker therapy. In our series its presence did not seem to have any prognostic significance; it is a clinically insignificant finding.
